Hello there, I have a strange question for all of you and would appreciate if anyone can answer without being sarcastic. I have passed all my USMLE exams, including step 3 and have decent scores in Step 1 and 2. I am not worried about getting in to residency but my problem is that when it comes to practical work as a doctor, i am very scared or say not confident as if I understand the whole prcedure completely. I mean to say that i have or had athe theoritical knowledge but am afraid to apply it or may be I don't know the organized way to approach the case and probably spend more time on unimportant stuff.
Please if any senior resident/ or someone with experience can guide what method should I apply so I can enjoy and lookforward to residency, not dreading it.
