Adm. If you study full time, and study hard, I would say that you could do it in 3 weeks to a month. I would recommend this regimen for each day:

100 MCQ (from USMLE World or Kaplan, or both if you have time)

1 Major Note section from Premier (such as Cardiology)
or 2 Note sections from Premier if they are smaller topics such as Genetics

10 USMLE World CCS Cases

if you do that each day, you'll finish the Premier Notes in about a week or 1 1/2 weeks. Then spend the next week listening to the audio lectures. This will solidify your understanding of the notes. Also you'll have done USMLE world at least twice. And you'll cover the CCS cases in USMLE world 3 times.

If you do this seriously, you should definitely pass. I would say that it takes a month of full time studying. And if you do it for a month and a half or 2, you should definitely pass.

Of course you have to do what works for you, and do it at a pace that works for you. I think the regimen above is more than enough for me, but it may be too much or too little for some people.

The reason I say the regimen should work for most people is that I was not a great student in medical school, and my knowledge foundation was weak, so if I was able to pass based on my preparation above, everyone should be able to pass, if they prepare well
