To all the good people out there

Dear friends,
I write today seeking help from all who can give it. I am IMG doing a residency. I have taken and failed step 3 three times. My program will have to let me go. If they do my chances of getting another residency is almost nonexistent as my scores and attempts will make that difficult. The more I study the less I score. Please, to everyone, anyone out there who can help me, hear my cries in the wilderness. I will welcome any help, any advice on how to proceed for I am truly incapable of comprehending what is happening to me. Please help this desperate soul.
