Hi,
I am from Illinois, I want to register for step 3.
IL laws does not allow but residents to do the test,
I knew that we can register to the test through conneticut,my questions are:
1-in the application ,they put who is the the medical autjoriy holder of our license, should I answer Illinois or conneticut?.
2-also,since I am applying through conneticut,will I able to do the test in a prometric center in Illinois.
