thanks RA. hope you score high on this exam buddy! Me, I just need to pass, i am in second year of my residency. I don't have a strategy. somebody on the forum sent me an email saying that they are helping with a strategy. give me your email address so I can forward you his/hers email. i didn't use it however.
what did help me was this. before i began the cases, i wrote on a sheet all the steps and stuff i need to do so I wasnt sitting there thinking hard about what i need to order next. i focussed on management rather than the steps and "fluff" i need to take care of during the cases. try to see if it helps you. good luck!
