Man the second day was not easy either. I had barely enough time to complete all the questions. There were some questions that needed thinking and I had them marked, never got the time to get to them. CCS, I think i killed two or three patients coz they didn't get better. I definitely killed a baby. There was this one guy who had nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and myalgias and arthralgias, nothing i was doing showed a diagnosis. I think this exam is tough. NBME was quite close to the exam however, atleast the way questions were formatted. Time will tell whether I passed it or not. If I do pass it then keep your faith in NBME's score to tell you that you are ready for the real exam, if I fail, dump NBME, you are on your own!!!
