Hi,
i just wanted to share my happy moment with everybody.I gave my exam on march 1&3.I took it after a gap of 2 years after step 2.Mainly Usmle world mcqs,world ccs and in the last 15 days mainly usmle steps 123.I got lot of dermatology pictures,some tricky ethics,lymes,respiratory pictures(difficult-this was my low score),pediatrics(cardiology qs were difficult),cns-als,hepatology,hematology,git-parasitic infestations etc.My ccs were not routiene ones as listed.But because of steps 123 i could get into order and finally all my cases patients got better.I hope this helps to few who are seeking guidance.Any qs I will be glad to help.
