The home study kit is the audio recorder of live lecture. Disadvance are you can not see derm and ekg pix, but you can always see these from websites. Advance is you can repeat on the part that you are weak and skip what you already know and save money. For step 3, Premier review is the best. You will need to read this note for 3-5 times, do USMLEworld mcq twice and ccs from usmleworld and first aid. Kap qbank is easier then the real test so it will be good for the first round study practice. Contact me for the PR. Good luck.
