223/92, steps 1 & 2s in the mid-80s. prepared using CCS from usmleworld (about 20 cases), usmle123. used usmleworld mcqs (complete first-time test score average of 58) and crush the boards step 3. ccs cases: small bowel obstruction, colon ca, pyloric stenosis, STEMI, NSTEMI, ? post-op atelectasis (sob & fever, neg CT for PE, neg cardiac enzymes, no pneumonia), pelvic inflammatory dx, pregnancy...urm..that's all i can remember...good luck everybody!
