do we need to order complete physical examination? can we just order partial PE as abd, uri-genital? because all physical examinations will take time to perform, the time will be elapsed, we need to save time to go to surgery.
should we do U/A?
seems to me we do not have much to order, the case will be end in 5 min. I just do not want to miss something.
