I gave my exam on may 23/24. I got my result 10 days back but i didnot had access to internet as such i could not post it in the groups. I got a score of 76/186 (i think i didnot score well). First as you can see my previous post it was really horrible especially for those who are not in residency like me. most of the questions are like what would be the best response to patients question or doubt or like that. The easiest part would be the cases because if you study the history, P/E in some cases past h/o would definitely give a clue to Dx. then formulate the diferential diagnosis and go ahead most cases will improve, some cases just end once they are accepted for surgery. just practice cases in usmleworld atleast 40 to become confident about the software. Regarding Theory my sincere advice would be study well so that you could answer the direct questions or those related to diagnosis/prognosis/treatment. I amhappy that i finally completed all exams.
