usmle CCS cases

So i did all 5 of these cases and still don't feel like i have a clue of what to order , how to order, and when to advance the clock properly, have done usmlesteps123 CCS cases and also have read the usmleworld ccs cases once. I know there is just one management strategy on the practice cases, but not so on the real exam, how do i know that i'm doing well, sometimes the usmle cases will end real early, no score given, i am just completely lost , anyone else feel the same ?
