guys - had a doubt in the rhabdomyolysis case in UW
in the management - we initially started the patient on normal saline
the results of order no 4 - showed urine output at the rate of 75 ml/hr
is this the result of renal failure ? high diuresis phase ???
why do we stop normal saline ? and switch to half normal saline ???
the sodium levels in the patient was 134 - which is normal
THANKS A LOT FOR THE EXPLANATION GUYS
IN ADVANCE
PEACE
