NBME questions are for your own assessment. It is not the thing to be discussed with each other on phone or by another mean. It will not improve any thing in your pre-existing knowlege, rather will stop your thinking power that is essential for step 3.

So do not waste the money and assessment tool of others by posting NBME questions on this website.
