HIB VISA-- FAILED STEP 3 PLEASE NEED URGENT HELP

I matched into a FP residency, gave my Step 3 result came out today I
failed, I was banking on this exam to pass & so that I could file H1B
and start residency on that. NOw I probably have only 1 option left, to
file for J1 , but If I start the process tomorrow it will probably not be
doen by JUly 1st, I don't know what to do. Is there a chance that my PD
might cancel my contract???
DOes anybody know of a GOOD LAWYER who has actually done H1 & J1
for doctors, & if you could give me the name & contact no. so that I can
get some advice, It would be very very helpful,
I jsut feel so deep in trouble right now...
