comparable to USMLE CD but much more images and longer questions. I think the CD is easier than the real one. Not like UW, but its a good tool to study. CCS cases I dunno if its ok to post the real ones.. but I will say.. practice the software and as you study for the MCQs just imagine if this would be a CCS case and try all the orders you can think of in the software.
