please help me understand how to manage the cases:
- for giardiasis case for ex. when I should counsel the patient ? In office, for each advice we need 5 minutes. So , how to advance the clock , to get end of case , to advice patient.
-in ER or inpatient, when I should advice the patient? the case with Pneumothorax, need follow up for asthma,...Also , being 65 yo should I advice screening like colonoscopy , imunization ,etc?
Please help me to clarify these things.
