vitals- if HR high do ekg and give B Blockers
complete PE
cbc bmp TFT (includes TSH and free T4 right ?)
thyroid reuptake scan:
1.if increased uptake cond Grave and give methymazole or propythiouricil in pregnancy
2. if normal reuptake consider
subacute thyroiditis- give nsaids
idiopathic/surreptious ingestion
schedual f/u in 1 week
