Step 3 - Kaplan Q-bank, People who took Step 3, please help

Hi, I am very frustrated. My Step 3 exam is next week. I just finished Q-bank with the lowest cumulative score ever.
56%.
I am very busy doing 2nd year of residency and no time to study. I am on call q 2-3 (working 30 hrs shifts).
This time I think that Q bank Step 3 did not help me at all. All other residents in my Hospital told me that Step 3 is a general exam, so FP residents can pass it without difficulty.
But this Q bank is full of ophtalmology, dermatology, anestesiology, and other weird staff I have never heard of.
I had much higher scores on Q bank Step 1,2 and I felt that it really helped.
THIS TIME I FEEL IT WAS LOST OF TIME, MONEY, AND SANITY.
I did USMLE Step 3 CD and my cumulative score was 71%.
