The answer is really confused between B or C. In answer B, the words "I can't help" by the doctor doesn't look good. The bruises along with patients watery eyes and accident prone obviously looks like spousal abuse. In spousal abuse, female, most of the time wants the doctor to notice the abuse before she tells directly to doctor. So why not the answer C ?
Please give the answer if anybody knows with certainty.
This is important question I think.
