confirmation before exam

Hi ,
I have my step3 on 3rd and 4th Aug.The permit says I have to confirm my appointment 1 week before exam day.Prometric website does not work for step3. I just got scared after seeing this. Will it make a difference if I confirm tomorrow because phones for prometric work only from MON-FRI.It would be 3 days before exam.
