Normal or high normal free T3/T4 with low TSH with out signs/symptoms of hyperthyroidism implies subclinical hyperthyroidism. This situation is common with thyroxine supplimentation. Actually this kind of TSH suppression is required to ensure suppression of growth of thyroid(beneficial in hashimoto's thyroiditis and post radical thyroidectomy for malignency). Higher total T3/T4 suggests the greater protein binding and can occur with pregnency, cirrhosis, hepatitis, some drugs like estrogens etc. Thus the thyroid profile mentioned by you is good for her.
