the concept behind is inhibiting platelet aggregation.
i think clopidogrel/ticlopidine/dipyridamole would be a better choice - sure for long term use.
for stat cases: MI happening: going by the concept the drugs mentioned above seem a better choice but i am not sure in this case. anyone sure of this please reply.
