hi everybody ,try this new q:

67 yo mn present with chronic dyspnea that worsens when he stands up.
He has no history of orthopnea or paroxismal nocturnal dysp.
ABG :Po2 75 with supine posture, and 45 with upright posture.
Which of the following in his medical history will be helpful in detecting the cause of his unusual dyspnea:

1 chronic alcohol use
2 exertional chest pain
3 previous malignancy
4 chronic asthma
5 exposure to TB
