A 25 year old with acute mylogenous leukimia is undergoing chemotherapy.one week after his therapy ,he
present withj headache,fever and confusion.on physical exam .he has nuchal rigidity,kerning sign and
photophobia.laboratory results are notable for
white cell count of 1000mm3
hematocrit of 25%.
differential of 10%neutrophils and 5% lymphocutes.

lumber puncture is consistent with meningitis.which of the following is most likely pathogen?
