65yr manwith long history of untreated HT, c/o recurrent sob on exertion.examntn of cvs is normal except
for prominent precordial pulse.cxr-prominent lv shadow.exercise tolerance test with thallium scanning
reveals no evidence of ischemia.echo shows lvh. left & right echo fractions r normal.what's the most likely
explantion?

a.copd
b.reactive airway disease
c.systolic congestive failure
d.diastolic congestive failure
e.myocardial ischemia
