In v-fib,synchronization is not needed.Also lidocaine is of added use only.it cannot substitute for cardioversion. Hyperkalemia
rather than hypo produces v-fib more frequently.
Also it causes pulseless electrical activity. So, i can think of c as the option. Though a full fledged ecg is not mandated, a
rhythm strip to find out the rhythm is usually done.
