NBME form 4 terrible

Hi All,
I am planning to give step 2 CK in next month. My NBME form 4 score is 350/174. very low. frustrating. Is form 4 is hardest any other thought ?
Kaplan is ~40-45%/ block.
I'm getting low scores in Internal medicine, Psychiatry and Cardiology, Endocrinology, Infectious diseases.
Shall I put more time in reading or Qs solving , analyzing?
