it is the x decent.
the c wave forms right after the first heart sound(during the x decent) due to the contraction of the ventricles and the mitral/tricuspid valve bulging in the atria.then the aortic and pulmonary valve closes.
the slow rising v wave is due to the filling of the atria and when the tricuspid and the mitral valve opens the blood rushes out causing the y decent.the a wave is do to the last strong contraction of the atria to push
the blood into the ventricles before the av valves close.
