Sorry to say that but the best way to study diagnostic radiology is clinical
Coming from a cardio radiology background, I learnt way more during the 2
years I spent on clinical practice than back in med school.
Read a lot images, get some tips from superior doctors, then keep reading.
There IS supposed to be the "plateau" during the practice and you ARE
supposed to feel confused about what you've learn, don't worry, then you'll
find your ability suddenly improved. Just keep going.
