My recommendation is to study the processes, not the molecules. In other words, rather than memorizing what IL-3 does, learn how the T helper
cells communicate with macrophages and vice versa. This will give you a better picture of what goes on during inflammation. You find a list of the
main interactions in my Step-1 Made Ridiculously Simple book... which should be more than sufficient...
