For a certain time if was thought that Carvedilol (selective beta-1 and
alfa blocker) was the only beta-blocking agent that could be used in
the patients with the congestive heart failure. According to the recent
data published in American Heart Association, it is not any more seen
as the better choice then Metoprolol.
Do you know the point of view of the USMLE about it?
