NBME score pls help

Just took NBME exam Form 2. got a score of 370 which equals 184 for USMLE step1. i am really disppointed in myself. i have 25 days left to prepare for step1. should i keep studying as i am? is there anything i can do in 25 days to boost my score a little bit
