Hi!
I am a norwegian dr (just finished my intern) who is thinking about moving to the US (since I met the love of my life). The problem of course are all the test that's requires to practise here. I have spent some time researching what it takes and in my opinion wow is this not exactly a walk in the park. Especially after reading this message board for the last hour..and I'm thinkng is it really worth going through? After spending so many years of hard work to get where I am today, I am a little reluctant to spend even more time studying and taking nerve racking test.. As you can see I'm a bit overwhelmed and I would really love some feedback from you who already are in the process..is it really worth it? Are you all confident that you'll succeed in the US and match to the specialty you want? If I'm discouraging anyone it is so not my intent, I guess I'm just considering my options and trying to decide my lifes path..I guess the question is; do you take the cookie when it's offered or do you wait to eat it until your milk is served although you know it won't be easy? Greatful for insights..V
