I did NBME twice Form 1 and 3. The score was reasonably ok. I felt the real exam was very difficulty and I remember even making some silly mistakes. Would it OK? Does the NBME score predictions would still reflect the real exam scores. Also is it true that USMLE has made the exam more difficult from April 2006.
