Full Time Job...How to Study?

How you guys manage to study. I have no motivation for study, busy during week days in work, when get 2 days off on week ends, dont feel like studying at all, instead spent time on chatting with family. I think i have lack of motivation, i know exactly, how important to pass this usmle thing. May be Iam an OLd Grad, that why iam so depair.
Any guid or words of motivation will be highly appreciated.
