please be careful. I didn't mean that FA is a SOLE source! I believe FA is a MUST. As its name says: First Aid. It's NOT for understanding the concepts. You must have already understood,digested and absorbed the concepts So for the exam you need a source to integrate and consolidate whaatever you'd already done. For people who have not learnt the concepts and try to study just FA is totally useless as if they are studying a chineese book while they don't know chineese language at all. Hope you get what I mean.

About Kaplan. My reason is coming just from my personal taste. Since I was a medical student I didn't like NOTES and I always went through BOOKS because I like the format of books as they are more organized or better to say work more for ME. I'm intersted in nice books. But you see that everybody loves kaplan notes and they get great scores. So if you are comfortable with kaplan notes please stick to them and follow your own method. Remember we are different people with different brains, tastes, study styles....
