How to use Q-bank;random-based or subject-based

i'm 60 days before the exam and i started q-bank.
average i got 62% of it.
at first it was very low and i'm very depressed and agitated. the score was getting better.

which way id better to do questions?
random-based or subjects-based(patho...micro....)

please advice .
