as I understood this she is simply depressed and so we have to pick out the consequence of her depression.
So I pick A.
Since there is decreased lymphocyte reactivity to antigens in depression.
...although in depression due to serotonin deficiency we get decreased prolactin too but its not mentioned that depression is because of serotonin deficiency so I guess its not B..I hope Im thinking the right way...
