The main point that Goljan mentioned was that dystrophin was absent in Duchene, and present but abnormal in Becker.
"Present but abnormal" protein seems like it would be most likely be caused by a missense mutation (causing misfolding). Of course, frameshift, nonsense could cause it too, but really.... what are the chances of being asked such a question?
In any case, will try to see tomorrow if the Goljan notes mention it.
