look treatment of haemophilia is supportive + given purified facto 8.in pasat when factor 8 was taken from doner,due to unawareness of aids,,virus of aids may present in these doner which was when given to pt ,they got contaminated.recominant factor 8 is free of virus becoz it is synthiszed by cloninng.
