Like I mentioned, if you want to at least pass, YOU HAVE TO KNOW literally EVERY CONCEPT COLD! Or at least be able to identify relationship with a clinical presentation. Most Vignettes will have some buzzwords to the point where you wouldn't even need labs, but you must be able to know EvERYTHING about a topic and not just one or two facts. I say this because the ones that you overlook can very well be the one they ask you. There's no other way to do it!! I am SERIOUS! You will have a hard time with this exam if you fail to give priority to each subject!!! NO ONE IS GUARANTEED more of one subject than the other!! Again, don't sit for this exam unless your progress with questions and an interpersonal confidence convinces you that are you getting closer to precision and accuracy! The FORMULA is to generously and EQUALLY prioritize all subjects.
