one kaplan question said:
cardiac tamponade, Kussmaul's sign absent and Pulsus paradoxus present.
constrictive pericarditis,Kussmal's sign present, Pulsus paradoxus usually absent.
Why? what's the difference between these 2 disease? mechanism?
