Kaplan is the best on market at this time and the exam pattern follows it...unless you are not fresh graduate or have done few good years of resy recently so you can count on that, Kaplan is strongly suggested! And ofcourse is too much, you wanna be a Dr in US, correct? What do you expect? to be easy? then everyone in US will do it! :))
