Dear Siddharth,My point is very simple.As we know renaturation of base pairs is rebonding between GC and AT.GC will require 3 hydrogen bonds(1 more than AT).So I think under stringency GC base pairing will be inhibited.If I am wrong please correct me.Thank you and good luck.Shamim Khan.
