But variable expressivity in Marfan syndrome presents as different pictures. So here as you say it's Li-Fraumeni syndrome AND CAN Present with different pictures but still they are cancers not any other disease. please pay attention to the word SYNDROME for Marfan and also Li-Fraumeni. what is wrong if we consider different kind of cancers as different presentations of the SAME syndrome i,e Li-Fraumeni??
