why are you saying B for one I think in acute hapatitis there is no steatosis like thing it is caused by the alcohol insult most commonly & then some drugs diabetes,obesity are teh otehr causes of hepatic steatosis. Thats why I am excluding staetosis I will exclude though hemosiderin ,& I think we can exclude normal too bec the pt isn in coma so now we two choices PAS & rhodamine .What about PAS what about your view exam taker.
