D is correct: 3'end of eukaryotic intron has a'splice acceptor site'with an invariant "AG"just before the end of it.This sequences cut with hnRNA ,so bcz mutation occur in AG ,the hnRNA couldn't recognize the splice donor site and so affect splicing.
