Answer is e- pyramidal cell.
The pyramidal cell is a cell in the cortex that uses glutamate, an excitatory neurotransmitter, whereas most other types of cortical neurons use GABA, an inhibitory neurotransmitter. A spike in an EEG, is initiated by a depolarization shift which is thought to be generated by excitatory post-synaptic potentials.
