step3 : scheduling permit disappeared , it means you pass

I was seeing the discussions on usmle forum that , if
few days after taking usmle step 3 , your scheduling
disappears , it means you will get a pass score .Is
this true. And also important is that your eligibility
period should not end before your scheduling permit
disappears . Hi please give your opinion.
